JOB DESCRIPTION
Seven Mile Cafe is searching for an Expo for our restaurant. This position impacts the company by supporting a team, creating great guest experiences, ensuring correct food is prepared, plated, and served to the guest.
YOU WILL:
- Create a sense of community with guests.
- Stage tickets based on time of order (FIFO) to control the flow of food in the restaurant.
- Communicate with kitchen to ensure food is prepared and plated correctly as per order.
- Monitor speed of kitchen and helps adjust as necessary.
- Read each ticket and inspect plates to ensure food is prepared and plated correctly as per order.
- Ensure the correct drinks and food ordered are delivered to the guest/table.
- Resolve guest complaints, investigates problems, and identifies solutions.
- Develop strong working relationships within the team.

- Minimum one (1) restaurant experience, required.
