Responsibilities of Dental Scheduling Coordinator :
-Greeting Patients
-Answering Telephones
-Understands block scheduling
-Maintaining appointment book
-Confirming Appointments
-Checking voicemail messages daily
-Posting charges and payments to patient accounts
-Marketing and outreach.
Dental Scheduling Coordinator Required Skills:
-Customer Service!!!
-Multitasker
-Knowledge of insurance plans and billing
-Minimum 2-3 yrs experience in the dental field
-Knowledge of Dentrix
