Join our team as an Administrative Support Assistant in our Bloomington location.

Responsibilities/Duties:
This position will primarily be responsible for providing administrative duties in support of the Bloomington team of dedicated employees. An ideal candidate would possess strong organizational skills, work in a fast paced environment, be upbeat, positive and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Duties to include, but not limited to are;
- Answering phones
- Forms and document management
- Ordering and stocking supplies
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees during new hire orientation and admits
- Occasional travel, shopping, running errands, etc.
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting or related field is preferred
- Equivalent education/work experience will be considered
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word and Excel) and GoTo Meeting
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with multiple interruptions a day
- Compassionate with an ability to set boundaries
- Reliable and committed to making a difference for individuals and their families
- Warm personality that is approachable and easily assimilates into various teams
- Team player with an ability to work well with others to accomplish goals
- Quick learner who can learn strategies that will best support the program and individuals served
- Maintains a professional work ethic and appearance
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability requirements as defined by the Company’s insurance carrier
- Must be in good standing with Sevita
