Data Integrity Specialist
Do you have experience in finance and want to work for a company that positively impacts the wellbeing of the individuals it serves? In the Data Integrity Specialist role, you will be a key component in this company’s commitment to serve others.
This position is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
- Utilize document management software to prioritize and process transactions daily
- Utilize AR software application to process Masterfile transactions; financial eligibility, authorization, and rates
- Obtain and maintain supporting documentation for all transactions
- Perform data entry tasks for all financial eligibility, authorization, and rates promptly
- Review, escalate, and resolve any source documentation discrepancies to meet documentation requirements
- Work with state office and other key AR staff to resolve outstanding transactions
- Assist with the resolution of any issues that could impact billing or any month-end closing deadlines
- Ensure internal control compliance with all assigned areas and audit requirements
- Assist in the on-boarding of new hires; provide training and technical assistance to an assigned worker(s) as needed
- Actively participate in team meetings and foster an environment in which team members proactively collaborate
- Proactively support management as well as the objectives and goals of the department
- Support special projects, mission-critical initiatives; performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
- Perform system testing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a Finance related field preferred
- Quality Assurance background preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to collect information from different sources
