What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foster Care Marketer position at Sevita?

In this role you will network with potential foster families with the goal of generating interest in participating in our Indiana foster programs (and other areas, as needed).
Salary range - $50K - $75K/yr based on experience PLUS Bonus
- Responsible for actively raising community awareness of needs of children in foster care generating high-quality inquiries from individuals who are interested in becoming foster parents by leveraging a range of marketing strategies.
- Generate inquiries for review with heavy emphasis on in-person presentations and networking opportunities.
- Develop a state-specific marketing plan in consultation with the Director of Family Development and Marketing Manager that reflects the unique characteristics of each geographical area and considers the geographic priorities set by program leadership.
- In collaboration with the Director, regularly review data on the effectiveness of specific marketing tactics to determine the best marketing strategy for a specific region/population and adjust marketing plans regularly to leverage this data.
- Recommend new and evolving strategies to continuously attract new mentor candidates.
- Develop and deliver presentations to small and large audiences with the goal of inspiring and engaging the audience to action.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 3-5 years foster care experience
- Ability to travel throughout the state of IN
- Ability to work non-traditional schedule
