As a Mentor Recruitment Licensing Specialist, you play a fundamental role in screening and processing additional safe homes for the individuals we serve onto our team.
- Conduct Mentor home visits.
- Complete interviews of Mentor applicant, other adults in the home, and all children in the home.
- Compose the Home Study Narrative in accordance with all local regulatory and contractual requirements as well as The Center of Excellence requirements.
- Advise management on whether to proceed on the licensure of a home.
- Assist the Program Director, Recruiter, and PSCs in making clinically appropriate individual/Mentor matches.
- Maintain appropriate records in compliance with funding source requirements.
- Attend all necessary meetings and calls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work OR Master's degree in Social Work.
- LBSW or LMSW or LCSW.
- Two years of related human services experience preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.
- Current driver’s license in good standing, car registration, and auto insurance if providing transportation for individuals receiving services.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
