About the Role:
We are looking for a Backend Engineer with back-end development experience ready to take on a role in the design, development, and installation of software solutions. Your duties will include designing and writing code specific to Payments Engineering. You should be able to work through the full software development life-cycle independently.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Organize software development lifecycle
- Prepare specifications and determine operational feasibility
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
- Organize, document and maintain software functionality
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Evaluate and deploy software tools, processes, and metrics
- Provide support and consulting on software systems usage
- Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards
Minimum Requirements
- 2 years' experience of working in a Computer Software Engineer or Software Developer position
- 2 years' experience with common back end development languages such as Golang, Java, Python, C#, etc
- Experience writing production queries in SQL
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
- Experience deploying commercial web applications
- Experience delivering software applications with test-driven development
- Close familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology, and release processes
- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
