Job Overview:
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a plastic surgery/medical aesthetics facility. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the practice, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for supervising staff, implementing policies and procedures, managing finances, and promoting the growth and success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established protocols.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
- Staff Supervision and Training:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, including aestheticians, nurses, and administrative personnel.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the practice budget, including revenue projections, expense control, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure accurate billing, collection, and record-keeping procedures are followed.
- Patient Care and Customer Service:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service at all times.
- Address patient concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong focus on patient satisfaction and retention, implementing strategies to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and infection control measures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in med spa treatments and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years experience in a managerial role within a med spa, healthcare, high end retail or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of med spa operations, including scheduling, billing, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using practice management software and other relevant tools.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
