The Fidelity Institutional Technology group is looking for a highly motivated systems analyst to be part of its diverse, globally distributed team of IT professionals responsible for the development and maintenance of Fidelity Institutional’s Business Process Management system.
The primary focus of this position will entail analysis and support of the BPM application as it modernizes its tech stack and migrates to the cloud (AWS).
A successful systems analyst will be a key member of an agile delivery squad but is also involved in solutioning with our Squad Leads / Product Owners to gather & document business requirements, helping with current state analysis of our systems, helping define our technology solution, and partnering with QA in test case preparation. The role requires great collaboration with members of various business and IT groups throughout the life cycle of a project.
Fidelity Institutional provides products and services to banks, broker/dealers, registered investment advisors, family offices, and other financial intermediaries to meet their brokerage and banking needs. The FI technology platform is delivered to these external clients, primarily via web-based and mobile applications, application programming interfaces, transmission files, and collaborates with third-party applications. Some of these offerings include trading, account servicing and maintenance, account opening and money movement, reporting, analytics, and data delivery and presentation.

At Fidelity, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we’re calling “Dynamic Working”. Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity work location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks.
