Compensation:

$26 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:

The Clinical Operations Manager will serve as the operational heartbeat of our practice, working closely with the practice owner and a dedicated administrative team to ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently. Your role is integral in collaborating with licensed psychologists to deliver exceptional psychoeducational evaluations, intelligence testing, and developmental screening services. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Systems Management: Help us elevate our CRM and project management systems for a smoother workflow and manage client file integrity. Enhance our community resource database and offer "best fit" referrals to our clients.
  • Clinical Support: Handle inventory for testing equipment, oversee production of psychoeducational reports, and maintain a recommendations bank for reporting.
  • Clinical Department Management: Direct clinical assistants, manage workflows, and create/revise SOPs while ensuring training and quality of work.
  • CEO Support: Be the right hand to our CEO, ensuring smooth communication with clinicians and managing the CEO's email triage.
  • Administrative Team Collaboration: Work alongside the Client Care Coordinator and Business Manager, ensuring cross-training and collaboration on administrative projects.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in operations management or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively, and a desire to take ownership of your work
  • Experience with Google Workspace and project management/database software.
  • US work authorization
  • An interest or background in psychology, social work, or education sets you apart
