Senior Financial Group is expanding our Independent Career Agent (ICA) base to serve more Medicare beneficiaries in Tennessee, particularly in the Tri-Cities, Chattanooga, and the Cumberland Plateau.
This is an independent insurance sales role focused on Medicare products while also including other ancillary health and life insurance products. To be successful in this role, you must work well independently and be self-managed while enjoying consistent development, training, and support of the SFG staff. You get the marketing expertise and resources that come with an established agency.
Our ICA agents are paid commissions and renewals directly from the carriers that insure the products that you sell. We host bi-weekly sales meetings, offer sales competitions, and collaborate on strategies for growing your book of business. We have experts on staff in marketing, contracting, compliance, sales support, and training that will guide you at every step.
