The Director, Museum Store reports to the Head of Visitor Relations and serves as a member of the museum's Senior Staff.
The Director is an entrepreneurial thought leader with overall responsibility for the financial, operational, and creative success of the Museum Store. The Director develops and promotes a retail vision consistent with the mission of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and will drive performance and growth of the museum's retail business, working with teams to drive customer experience, operational efficiency, and financial results. The position is also responsible for growing new revenue channels including online and wholesale earned revenue streams.
