Landscape Production Supervisor
SFP Landscaping, Inc. has a position available for a motivated, experienced, and dependable Property Manager. We are a well-established 39-year-old award-winning landscape business that has big growth plans. We are looking for a Commercial Production Supervisor to add to our team.
You will be a vital member of an award-winning team that designs, builds, and maintains outdoor landscapes for St. Louis’ most prestigious clientele. The Production Supervisor will oversee commercial landscape portfolios and multiple crews while supervising field operations. This is a salaried position responsible for crew management, daily operations, creating efficiency and developing teammates. You will also work with our Account Managers to estimate, design, and ensure customer satisfaction. If this sounds like you then we can’t wait to hear from you!
What you will do:
· Oversee day to day field operations of the maintenance and enhancement crews.
· Be a model of job site safety.
· Be the primary point of contact for our Account Managers.
· Create and manage an effective and efficient schedule and supervise Crews.
· Work with the Production Coordinator and Junior Supervisors to guarantee crews have appropriate equipment and ensure that equipment is properly maintained.
· Perform quality control checks on properties.
· Assist in training new and current crew members.
· Identify and create new enhancement opportunities on existing portfolio including generating proposals.
· Schedule and supervise subcontractors that may be present on-site.
· Regularly communicate with Production Manager regarding status of projects.
· Effective client concern resolution.
· Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you will bring:
· 5 years’ experience in landscape equipment operating and maintenance.
· Experience in Project Management and Enhancements. (Preferred).
· Experience in Crew Supervision.
· Passion for Excellence.
· Keen eye for detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects.
· Ability to meet and exceed set enhancement goals and contract retention rate.
· Must possess strong decision making and conflict resolution skills.
· Knowledge of Spanish language a plus.
· Ability to work independently on a regular basis.
· Strong knowledge of local plant material.
· Strong knowledge of Midwest maintenance practices.
· Have a working knowledge of irrigation systems.
· Knowledge of heavy iron equipment (Preferred).
· Knowledge of OSHA Standards (Preferred).
· Able to read and understand blueprints and specs (Preferred).
· Strong computer skills.
What we are offering:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, based on experience.
Schedule:
8–10-hour shift based on seasonal needs.

St. Louis, MO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
