The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be assisting the office manager in order to ensure smooth day to day operations.
Responsibilities
- Order office supplies and provide inventory control system
- Keep track of invoices between various projects
- Create/organize filing systems for invoices and bank statements
- Proficient with Quickbooks Desktop
- 1-3 years of experience, working in an office preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficiency in Quickbooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
