We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team at a North Salt Lake location. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities :
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing minor facility issues.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or meetings.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a custodian, janitor, or similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Driver's License is REQUIRED for this role.
- Applicants must have a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) or be willing to apply for the credential.
