Job Description
- General day to day administrative tasks such as email correspondence, checking mail, preparing letters, scanning and printing as required
- Ensure debtors and creditors invoicing is completed within specific timeframe for all SGS Gearhart and AFL sites
- Preparation of creditor payments for all SGS Gearhart and AFL sites
- Data Entry via Pronto and Oracle within appropriate timeframes as required by Head Office
- Ensure that all end of months processes are completed accurately and in timely manner
- Assisting Head Office Finance team with all queries in relation to SGS Gearhart accounts
- Arranging PPE and Medicals as required
- Any other administrative tasks as required by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in Administration
- Minimum Year 12 Completion
- Intermediate Office skills
- Ability to develop self by learning new things and fosters continuous improvements
- Collaborates effectively
