The Contracts Administrator will perform administrative tasks as part of the SCM Team, including due diligence requirements auditing, invoice reconciliations and funding, Finance and CEPS inquiry responses reconciliations, and coordination with Site Logistics for contractor personnel mobilization activities.
- Ariba SQ / compliance / due diligence requirements auditing
- Transactable approval updates in Ariba for historical ACWs
- Invoice reconciliations and funding reconciliations
- Coordination with Site Logistics for contractor personnel mobilization activities
- High School Diploma
- Experience working in the Oil & Gas industry
Preferred
- Associates Degree
- SASBU Experience
