Job Description
- Understand all client requirements
- Check the client requirement compare to actual result.
- Release the report within TAT.
- Clarify all information with technician if any concern about the result.
- Review test assignment vs sample; Support test plan on reporting query
- Clarify unclear information of testing program with KAM
- Check and approve corrected reports.
- Join technical training and system training from internal & external
- Update report template/ Data manager SOP to Report Typist
- Co-orporation and support all team members
- Provide revised report request if own mistake
- Other assignments upon getting request
Qualifications
- University or above
- At least 2 years of experience in TIC industry
- Good typing skills; Good communication skill
- Good in English and Ms Office
