Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our practice, including insurance credentialing, intakes, medical records management, organization communication, and more. This role requires a self-starter who is capable of managing their time efficiently and isn't afraid to ask questions when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage insurance credentialing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Coordinate patient intakes and manage intake procedures.
• Oversee the organization and maintenance of medical records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Facilitate communication between different departments within the practice to ensure smooth operations.
• Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Adapt to fluctuating work hours, ranging from 20-40 hours per week, based on practice needs.
• Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn about psychology and mental health practices.
• Serve as a resource for staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Handle various administrative tasks as required to support the overall functioning of the practice.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in insurance credentialing processes and medical record management.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A background in psychology or a strong interest in the field is preferred.
• Comfortable with fluctuating work hours and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification when necessary.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
