Housing Stabilization Services Supervisor

· Assist Housing Program Manager in maintaining quality services and standards of practice for all housing stabilization services participants for Shakir Consulting Services.

· Audit files for quality control purposes.

· Assist Housing Stabilization Services Workers and Participants on the day of move.

· Assist Participants in applying for benefits for housing or income through the county or state.

· Case consultations with Housing Stabilization Services Workers in lieu of Housing Program Manager.

· Collaboration with housing programs, landlords, and apartment owners.

· Document services provided, collect data and report outcomes.

· Maintain a caseload of at least 8 transition and sustaining participants.

· Review weekly billables and case notes of Housing Workers.

Qualifications:

· Qualified applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

· Have a valid Driver's License, proof of insurance and reliable transportation.

· A clear DHS background check.

· A Bachelor's degree

· 2 years of experience working in Housing Stabilization Services field.

· 2 years of supervisor experience

· Experience working with individuals with disabilities and the Elderly.

· Experience working with the Black/African American, Native American, African, Asian, and Latino communities.

· Knowledgeable about housing resources in the Twin Cities.

· Willing to complete Housing Stabilization Services training.

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation. With no moving violations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Proficiency in typing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Extremely detailed oriented.
• Must be able and willing to work in a diverse population and environment.
• Must be confident and reliable.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
