Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced processing technician and forklift operator. As a processing tech/forklift operator you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials on site mixing with sawdust and other absorbent materials. In addition processing totes and drums.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to safely and efficiently move materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of items
- Perform routine inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records by documenting all movements of materials
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
- Processing totes and drums
Skills:
- Proficient in operating a forklift, including experience with different types of forklifts
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on the forklift
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
