Role Description :
This is a full-time remote role for a Roofer. The Roofer will be responsible for performing day-to-day roofing tasks such as carpentry, insulation, working at heights, roofs, and waterproofing. The Roofer will collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all roofing needs are met for tenant-occupied properties.
Qualifications :
- Carpentry and Insulation skills
- Experience working at heights
- Knowledge of roofs and waterproofing
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Must own a company or have your own General Liability Insurance
- Experience in property maintenance or construction industry is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
