Shane Smith Law is a mid-size personal injury firm with 20 attorneys and 100 team members located in Charlotte, NC with significant projected growth in the Carolinas. We are dedicated to excellence and are determined to provide our clients with exceptional legal representation by maximizing outcomes for their cases. With that being said, we have decided to expand on our effort to help those who have been offered pennies on the dollar for damage to their home or business as we venture into the world of first party liability claims. To achieve this, we need an additional Attorney who can effectively help clients receive compensation for damages to their home. We need someone who will FIGHT for our clients against the insurance companies who are withholding the funds they need to repair their homes or businesses. Are you up for the challenge? Requirements: Must currently hold a NC State Bar License. First party liability experience preferred. Preferred 5 years of legal experience.
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 starting salary based on experience for the first 12 months! Compensation is 100% commission after the first year with a full and mature case load. Newer attorneys on commission average $125,000 /year (once on commission a full year) and more senior attorneys average $200,000 /year.
