Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide support to the General Manager and Human Resource Manager in handling all human resources related activities when needed, which may include employee relations, fielding employee questions or concerns, communication and the interpretation of policies and procedures.
Coordinate new hire orientation and training sessions for new employees, delivers new hire orientation.
New hires will be scheduled to attend an orientation meeting within the first week of employment. The meeting will include the following:
· Introduction to the company and brand, its mission, functions, and culture.
· Complete brand training.
· Review of company organizational chart.
· Employee handbook review.
· Review benefits plan information, discussion, and preliminary enrollment.
Maintain proper records of employee annual reviews/disciplinary document/health documents/associate house rules etc.
Maintain proper records of employee parking pass records, update them monthly.
Maintain proper records of tracking Shaner Comp night benefit records.
Performs general administrative functions including but not limited to maintaining employee files, document retention, report generation, completing logs and checklists, processing required forms and worksheets, and maintaining HR data, forms, and documents.
Organize Hotel monthly Associate Luncheons.
Collect guest feedback data on a daily basis and distribute to quality team(GSS,QUORE,HOTSOS,T/A)
