Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Admissions manager, the Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for development and coordination of a comprehensive training module for all Patient Access functions. The Quality Control Coordinator will identify training, educational, and in service needs of the Patient Access staff in Physicians Clinics.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED- Required
Associate degree in Business Administration or related area- Preferred
Years of Experience:
1 Year Supervisor Role/ Healthcare/ Medical Registration- Required
2-5 Years Hospital Business Office Environment- Required
2-5 Years Physician office or hospital business office experience- Required
