Job Description:
Provides high quality and appropriate medical nutrition therapy to patients and comply with performance standards established by regulatory agencies. Provides leadership, training, development of menus, and continuous quality improvement processes for Food & Nutrition Services.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field required.
- Must be registered and licensed or eligible for both in the State of Texas.
- Diabetes education experience preferred.
- Primarily inpatient clinical nutrition with outpatient opportunities available based on applicant's interest.
