Shannon Motors Acceptance Corporation has a current opening for a Collections Representative. SMAC has provided thousands of individuals with less than perfect credit obtain auto financing for the past 15 years, and is seeking someone who is passionate about helping our customers.

Opportunity

  • Hourly pay plus weekly and monthly bonuses.

The ideal candidate will posses the following

  • Previous customer service experience and/or call center experience.
  • Ability to negotiate, resolve disputes, and focus on customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and accept inbound calls from SMAC customers.
  • Face to face interaction with customers regarding their auto loan.
  • Achieve company standards for delinquency, charge off, and collection goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
