Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Assistant Administrator who is passionate about holistic living and personal growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, qualified prospects’ enrollment/promotion, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Holistic Integration: Promote and support programs that integrate body, mind, and spirit.
  • Event Coordination: Organize, manage recruiting events that align with our mission of holistic living and self-awareness.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community and connection among staff, students.
  • Innovative Thinking: Develop and implement creative solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness and community impact.
  • Sustainable Practices: Advocate for and implement eco-friendly practices within the organization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical office, dental office, or real estate administrative procedures is a plus

  • Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite

Compensation and Job type:

  • Wage: Starting at $500/week as base with opportunities to increase based on performance.
  • Commission and Bonus: Up to an additional $500/week based on achieving specific goals and milestones.
  • Job type: The position will start as part-time with the expectation to transition to full-time based on performance and organizational needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Salary : $14 - $18
