Position Summary
As a Technical Writer for Shape Security, you will work closely with some of the smartest engineers in web security to design and develop product usage content that our users will love.
You bring user-centered thinking and strong experience in technical writing. You are intensely curious about learning the details of our newest technologies, and able to quickly understand and disseminate clear information about those technologies. In this role, you will work with the product, develop your own expertise in using it, and write clear explanations that show information security engineers, web application developers, and network administrators how to configure, deploy, and manage Shape’s products in enterprise and midsize web infrastructure environments.
