What are the responsibilities and job description for the Live-in Caregiver position at Shared Values?
Pay is $720 per full weekend
We are looking for a live in care workers who are available on the weekends
```Duties:```
- Provide direct support and care to individuals in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer first aid and medication as needed
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
- Lift and transfer clients as necessary, using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in condition to the appropriate parties
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Knowledge of first aid techniques and basic medical procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals with autism or other special needs
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
