We’re looking for a Product Manager who shares our passion for digital creative products and advertising technologies with a strong technical background. You’ll love working on the team responsible for ensuring beautiful and high performing ad delivery across native, display and video formats. Informing team decisions with large sets of actionable data and a freedom to explore solutions that can scale across the open web.

About the Role
  • Our Ad rendering team, part of Sharethrough for Advertisers’ solutions, drives many key initiatives allowing optimal rendering of Sharethrough’s proprietary creative enhancement features, including:
  • Creative rendering 
  • Performance measurement
  • Key Marketplace Success Metrics
  • Sharethrough’s rendering tool and test suite
  • Development and expansion of the ad unit suite to improve performance and offer new capabilities
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives with the support of marketing and sales enablement teams to bring products to market and track market success


More generally, the work of the Ad Rendering PM involves:
  • Coordinating cross functional projects on-time, anticipating and work through bottlenecks, making tradeoffs and balancing business and technical constraints, escalation management
  • Working with a distributed team of engineers, product peers, and business stakeholders
  • Writing features and support stories as part of the agile software development process
  • Defining, tracking and improving upon key business and product success metrics
  • Developing a comprehensive strategic understanding of creative rendering in the context of omni-channel programmatic advertising and identifying areas for competitive and economic differentiation

About You
  • 5 years of professional experience
  • 2 years experience as a product manager in an analogous space
  • Good understanding of the AdTech space
  • Hands on experience with building tools
  • Strong awareness of current web technologies, trends, products, and design standards including their technical underpinnings
  • Interest and exposure to lean startup methodologies and processes
  • Strong data analysis and basic SQL abilities
  • Familiar with products using javascript / typescript
  • Equally comfortable with seeing the “big picture” and meticulously thinking through every requirement of online development projects
  • First-hand working experience with agile/scrum software development methodologies
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written), especially to communicate with our international colleagues and client
