What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior UX Designer position at Sharethrough?

The Sharethrough Exchange (STX) powers over 225 billion monthly impressions and is integrated with more than 30 of the world's largest demand side platforms, enabling buyers to efficiently achieve their marketing objectives at scale.
As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll be leading the UX for all Sharethrough products, in partnership with our current UX designer. Key areas of focus will include our publisher platform where publishers login to gain insights, our buyer platform where buyers can control their ads and understand how to improve their campaigns, and the design of our innovative enhanced ads seen billions of times per month. In particular, we’re launching many new CTV products this year and you’d be instrumental in the conception and design of those products. This is a Full-Stack UX role. You'll be responsible for conducting user interviews and research, problem-definition, ideating solutions with product managers and engineers, building high-fidelity & functional prototypes, designing the UX/UI, and working with engineers to implement your design. You’d have one existing UX designer on your team.
