What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, FP&A – Global Sourcing-Hybrid Office position at SharkNinja?
The position of Senior Manager, Global Sourcing within FP&A will be responsible for working with Finance leadership, & cross-functional departments in the business. The primary responsibilities will include supporting the Supply Chain function, working closely with cross-functional global teams in the areas of strategic sourcing, cost optimization, product costing, and tooling. This position will act as a financial business partner, providing key forecast assumptions, scenario analyses, ownership of critical cost tracking, leading cost optimization efforts and creating an enhanced database structure. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced environment, where keen attention to detail and an ability to partner with the business is crucial to success.
This role will require coming into our Needham, MA office in a hybrid model to meet with the business and build relationships 2-3 days per week
