What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Talent Scout position at SharkNinja?

Our mission to positively impact people's lives every day in every home around the world allows our employees to be thinkers and tinkerers, designers and doers, creators and number crunchers, makers of things they love.  As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Senior Talent Scout to our global team.  This role will be based in London, via a hybrid schedule, and have global scope.   OVERVIEW: Are you a seasoned Recruiter?  Has anyone ever said you are a master sourcer?  A hunter?  You know your way around social media and can use any sourcing tool in your toolbox to find the purple squirrel?  If you enjoy creative recruiting this role may be appealing to you. While balancing priority over volume, the Senior Talent Scout is responsible for pipelining top talent for difficult-to-fill, commonly open, high-volume and growth job profiles across all business lines globally.  Referencing data trending to understand gaps in the workforce (skills, abilities, diversity), the Senior Talent Scout will shape talent strategies to attract and build a diverse slate of candidates for regional Talent Attraction Partners.  The Senior Talent Scout strives to utilize best practices, customized tools and innovative methods, that include marketing, social media campaigning, lead generation, search research, social networking and targeted direct calls to enhance relationships.  Additionally, our Senior Talent Scout will engage with our growing affinity groups, lead diversity conferences and events and represent SharkNinja at community/professional organizations. Here are some of the exciting things you’ll get to do: ·        Adhere to SharkNinja’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Talent Attraction Program ·        Develop key initiatives for recruiting diverse talent; deliver outreach experiences ·        Work closely with people analytics to understand current workforce and source to close gaps ·        Research industry & market data (TalentNeuron), including competitor analysis and salary benchmarking, with internal stakeholders ·        Work efficiently with cross functionally-matrixed teams to meet overall recruiting goals ·        Serve as a thought leader in consulting on strategic initiatives that support and engage internal communities, such as employee resource groups or employee networks ·        Manage core external partnerships related to the community, developing strategy for external investments and events ·        Serve as the corporate subject matter expert on the Community for the Community ·        Measure applicant flow, success of lead generation and direct hires REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS: Bachelors degree or 5 years of work experience in Human Resources, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Marketing &/or Account Management 5 years of Recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment ·        Experience facilitating and managing Hiring Events ·        Experience building diverse slates of candidates   PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:   ·        Event Management experience ·        Experience using Lever Applicant Tracking System or comparable ·        Experience working in consumer products industry ·        Bi-lingual (English required.
