Overview

The Region Contract Administrative Manager oversees the entirety of the Contract Administration and Billing functions within a SBS Region. The position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of contract billing in compliance with Sharp Electronics policies and procedures. The manager is responsible for hiring, mentoring and developing a team of Contract Administrators and will work closely with other senior members of the Operations staff as well as sales and service leaders. The manager is responsible for hiring, mentoring and developing a Region team of contract administrators and will work closely with other senior members of the administration staff as well as sales and service leaders.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manages a team of Region Contract Administrators
  • Assists the Region Operations Manager with the overall leadership of the Region Operations Team
  • Serves as a coach and mentor to all levels of Contract Administrators while identifying contract enhancement opportunities. Provides regular performance management to staff.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of Contract Billing by the due date
  • Continual monitoring of timely and accurate new contract entry and contract
  • Review and monitoring of branch active contracts and object records.
  • Tracking and timely reporting of contract billing status as per Billing Due List and Missing Meter Reports
  • Primary owner of Meter Automation. Engages Service and Sales for the ongoing identification and maintenance of the automation processes.
  • Coordinate with Dispatch team regarding issues related to billing, customer inquiries as well as assisting RMS with Accounts Receivable issue resolution
  • Provide administrative and system support for sales representatives including providing support for Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Provides new hire and continued training and development to the Contract Administrator staff.
  • Assist with administrative and operational functions and projects as requested by management
  • Display proven proficiency in SAP and CRM
  • Partners with Regional Contract Coordinators on process opportunities and best
  • Partners with finance team to routinely reconcile residual balances from leasing partners and pro-actively identifying terminated leases and other necessary contract updates.
  • Maintains documentation, paperwork work-flow and completes audit reporting requests in a timely manner as required.
  • Manages, as required, the Inter-Territorial Process and Dealer partnerships.
  • Effectively leverage and allocate branch resources regionally to meet business needs and objectives.
  • Participates in the support of corporate activities and initiatives.
  • Maintaining overall contract and object data management for customer and service billing accuracy.
  • Establishes Regional communication and collaboration methods.
  • Manages staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing.
  • Develops and streamlines best practices across the Region.
  • Understanding of Master Data partner functions.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience management experience in a high-volume sales environment or related field• 10 years’ experience with various roles in a sales organization or similar capacity in an administrative financing role• 1-2 years’ experience with SAP preferred• Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel• Superb written and oral communications skills• College degree preferred• Travel as required.
