Job Title Manager of Field Services Position Overview Shaw Industries is looking for a Field Services Manager to oversee Field Service Technical Representatives in Georgia and in the Market. The manager will ensure that the product installation needs of our internal and external customers are understood, and the appropriate resources are allocated to meet the need in a timely manner. Responsibilities Manage Field Service Representatives to ensure needs are met for both our Salesforce and our customers. Ensure that Representatives are utilized based on their skillset. Work with Quality, Marketing, and technical groups to mitigate our risk as related to both marketing claims and product performance as related to installation as well as cleaning & maintenance of our products. Manage new technology evaluation in real life field installation environments to make the new product introductions and innovative products successful. Provide departmental metrics on Tech Rep activities and be able to show monthly and yearly work activities by type and Tech Rep. Work with EE leadership and business partners on having appropriate resources in field to support business needs. Drive results through training of our sales associates and our customers for the installation of all products. Partner with Financial Services to ensure claims inspections performed by Representatives meet the needs as outlined by Financial Services. Ensure that proper accountancy of T&E expense is maintained as per Shaw policies. Continuously expand and cross train skillsets among the team of Representatives. Communicate goals, objectives, and priorities to employees. Represent Shaw Industries in the community and promotes organizations goodwill and support of the local community. Ensure leadership with accountability to coach and develop workforce. Ensure a safe work environment for all associates and visitors to work and all safety procedures are followed. Ensure all applicable requirements for environmental compliance are met.
