Responsibilities:
- Inspect equipment, perform routine maintenance, and diagnose and rectify problems.
- Install and maintain production machinery and plant facility equipment, among other responsibilities.
- Electrical system experience is required, including low voltage control circuits, motor circuit controls, VFDs, PLC troubleshooting (Rockwell PLC/HMI knowledge preferable), and electrical safety systems.
- Identifies and reports faulty operations and defective materials, as well as any odd occurrences, to appropriate supervision.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety requirements.
Skills and Experience:
Three years of direct experience working in a factory as a maintenance technician, have pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC troubleshooting, and mechanical experience, electrical and PLC programming experience, and have experience with lean manufacturing concepts.
