Shearer Supply an HVAC Wholesale Distributer with over 40 years experience is opening up a new branch in Warner Robbins Georgia and is looking for a qualified Branch Manager with HVAC distribution experience to lead the team.

Job Description

Oversee and manage all aspects of the Warner Robbins, GA branch. Increase branch sales. Develop branch personnel. Adhere to operational and safety guidelines. Promote positive and enthusiastic branch environment.

HVAC experience is not required, but preferred. Our ideal candidate is a natural leader with a proven track record of successfully managing personnel. We are looking for a Branch Manager who will foster a positive work environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. Team player with lots of energy!

• Increase branch sales and margins
• Train and develop branch personnel

Qualifications:

• HVAC industry knowledge preferred
• Proven track record of successfully managing employees
• Clean driving record
• College degree preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
