Growing small business with a packed production schedule is seeking a talented carpenter/builder to be trained as a Shed Builder Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you would be in charge of leading a small team of 1 to 2 other shed builders and training them to be future team leads. You will be trained shoulder-to-shoulder with a trained shed builder on how to properly build our sheds from marking and digging out the footers, framing, sheathing, and shingling. You will be thoroughly trained on how to build our sheds, then when ready, placed in charge of your own trainee.

Requirements:
- MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED CARPENTER. YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNLESS YOU HAVE CARPENTRY EXPERIENCE.
- Previous experience in trade skills is recommended to include installing footings, framing, roofing, and trim work.
- A typical shed build includes: hand carrying building materials and tools, setting footings, framing, sheathing, shingling, installing windows, doors, trim, etc.
- Must be able to carry material that weighs up to 75 lbs over distances of 50-200 feet.
- Frequently standing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, bending, roofing, and working on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Greenville, SC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
