Local, multi-unit residential property has an opening for a full time maintenance technician.

Basic Knowledge Required:

  • Plumbing
  • HVAC
  • Electrical
  • Painting
  • Flooring
  • Carpentry
  • On-site training available

Responsibilities:

  • Completing resident maintenance requests
  • Turning vacant units
  • Must be available for on call for emergencies (in rotation)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance
  • Must have personally owned tools
  • Ability to handle work physical workload- must be able to lift 75lbs
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have clean background

Pay commensurate with experience

Paid vacation and holidays, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance available as well as a 401k plan after a 90-day probationary period.
