We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our team. The Event Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for event management and a desire to gain hands-on experience in the industry.

Event Assistant

  • The Event Assistant supports the Event Curator / Event Manager in all aspects of event production / pre-production with an onsite role and admin responsibilities
  • Event experience preferred but not required
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail and a passion for events is a must
  • Ability to follow through without reminding and manage an organized workflow
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • During busy season, mid-May through mid-Oct, onsite each week either Wed or Sun to run event independently
  • Welcome artist, set up sound system, liaison with Tasting Room manager on duty
  • Admin hours
  • Onboarding events once confirmed
  • Public: website, socials, google, etc
  • Private: starting new beo, adjusting Yelp, Google, etc

mid-May through mid-Oct: 10-18 hours per week
mid-Oct through mid-May: 8-12 hours per week

Must have availability:
either Wed or Sun evening between 3:30pm-9pm
most Fridays and Saturdays mid-May through Labor Day weekend

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 18 per week
