Responsible for managing the production, process and manning of each shift. Responsible for leading production supervisors and team leaders to ensure manufacturing performance and quality goals are met.

Manages the supervisors for both casting and machining.- Reports daily KPI’s as directed
- Takes measures which are necessary to meet the production targets.
- Ensures that all work instructions are visible, understandable, and up to date.
- Initiates repairs and observe that they are completed; giving direction to maintenance team.
- Is in charge of the heat treatment process, which includes the controlling of current parameters and equipment technology.
- Updates Notice boards (including electronic)
- Perform LPA’s (production, environmental and safety) in the plant.
- Ensures that all employees are using all equipment, tools and working materials safely.
- Assist with training plans, execution of training plans, and associated records
- Supports a continuous improvement process.
- Prepares purchase requisitions for plant supplies and spare parts as needed.
- Approve Supervisors Time and Attendance and Vacation Requests to ensure proper coverage for the shift.
- Lead Daily Gemba Walks
