Shell Rock Senior Living, located in Shell Rock, IA, is a 44-bed Skilled Nursing
Facility (SNF) with an additional 30-beds dedicated to Assisted Living (AL). We
are seeking an Assisted Living (AL) Specialist to join our team. Our nurses
promote the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our

CURRENT NEEDS: FT 30 to 40 hrs. a week.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Assisted Living (AL) Specialist provides
leadership, direction, education and oversight to ensure Assisted Living
regulations compliance. Your nursing
skills will positively and directly impact the lives of others by assisting in
the administration of quality nursing care in our Assisted Living. Through consultation, education, and audits, the
AL Specialist will develop, implement and maintain uniform standards, systems
and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state specific license.
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions.
- Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting spirit of cooperation with team members.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
