How you will spend your day as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead:

• Assist warehouse associates and direct supervisor in maintaining an organized work environment.
• Communicate with logistics and sales team on material delivery status.
• Unload and load trucks by hand or with a forklift.
• Maintain material inventory by labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock.
• Assist in moving product throughout the warehouse and picking orders.
• Assist with Inventory Control in counting and organizing materials.
• Keep staging areas clean and organized.
• The schedule is Monday to Friday from 12:00PM to 8:30PM. (Overtime is required as needed).

2nd Shift Warehouse Lead Requirements:

• Experience. Previous experience in building material industry (Preferred).
• Leadership. Excellent leadership abilities.
• Physical. Ability to stand for 8 hours per work shift. Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach.
• Heavy Lifting. Ability to lift to 50-75lbs throughout the work shift.
• Teamwork. Ability to work as a team and help motivate others.
• Excellence. Must have an excellent work ethic.
