What are the responsibilities and job description for the PERSONAL INJURY INVESTIGATOR position at Shelly Leeke Law Firm?

This position is responsible for meeting with clients, gathering documents and information, and providing excellent customer service.

Your duties would include:

  • conducting initial client interviews at their home, work, or other locations
  • examining vehicles and / or accident scenes
  • taking accident scene photographs
  • conduct initial client interviews
  • reviewing contract details and explaining next steps after signing

Requirements:

Ideal candidates would have experience in related areas of work such as sales, law enforcement, insurance investigation and/or emergency services.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • excellent communication skills with a wide range of individuals
  • computer literacy required
  • organization skills
  • the ability to prioritize information
  • a methodical approach to gathering evidence
  • the ability to work alone
  • the ability to pay very close attention to detail
  • excellent spoken and written communication skills

Additional Requirements:

  • use of your own vehicle
  • valid driver’s license, clean driving record and active insurance.
  • must be willing to work / travel between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., additional times may be required based on the particulars of the case.
  • You would be working with the Shelly Leeke Law Firm as an independent contractor

Each job is paid on a flat fee based on geographic location.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Military: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Surveillance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
