Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and operating fleet management and maintenance services by ensuring contract compliance and delivery of services within the terms of the contract and established budget. The project manager reports to the Company Management and government client.
Contract Management/Communication
· Act for Contractor on contract performance, and interface regularly withCustomer
Ensure compliance to the Contract Statement of Work and contract performance standards
Communicate regularly with Customer
Provide weekly and monthly status reports
Direct shop flow, make assignments, and monitor all activity of the organization
Employee Management
· Manage employees in accordance with the Contract Statement of Work
Issue daily assignments and ensure technicians follow posted work schedules
Quality Assurance
· Develop and present key performance indicators
Job Qualifications:
Formal management training, or at least six years’ experience as top-level manager mandatory
Formal basic mechanic training with experience desired
Minimum 5 years’ experience in fleet maintenance management in fleet services organization
Experience with fleet management system
Excellent leadership and business skills
Outstanding verbal/written communication skill/experience
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer relationship and partnering skills, team building experience and strong problem resolutions skills
Must be self-motivated, and maintain a professional working atmosphere; be able to set and achieve goals with minimum supervision
High school diploma mandatory; college or post-secondary education a PLUS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Computer related skills required. (i.e., Microsoft Office software programs)

Must have a clean drug screen and satisfactory background and MVR checks. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
