Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dependable Wire Cutter for our Central Distribution Center in Laurel, MD. As a Wire Cutter, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, working alongside experienced peers.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Pay: $19.00/hr-$23.00/hr
Essential Functions:
- Previous experience in wire cutting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Wemco or Reel-o-matic wire machines preferred
- Order pulling, checking, and packing for deliveries
- Inbound receiving and outbound order picking
- Inventory management and stock rotation
- Handling Conduit Wire, pulling, and loading
- Processing merchandise returns
- Additional duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of warehousing experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push up to 100 lbs.
- Forklift certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Successful completion of background check and drug test
