Weekday PM 4-9pm

Join our small farm team at Shepherd's Way Farms award-winning sheep dairy. Work includes milking dairy sheep, caring for sheep including feeding, watering, bedding sheep and providing general farm support as needed (collecting eggs, feeding/watering small flock of chickens & ducks). Additional hours may be available.

Shepherd’s Way Farms offers flexibility and an interesting, varied environment with ongoing training.

We are looking for energetic, reliable people who work well with animals and find satisfaction in a job well done. The work requires stamina, attention to detail and to the big picture, the ability to lift 50 lbs and a can-do work style.

Animal experience required, milking experience, sanitation knowledge, and skidsteer experience useful.

Compensation based on experience & productivity, includes paid time off and a cheese share.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
