General Summary:
Sheppard Pratt's community residential programs offer adults with mental illness a range of housing options in apartments, townhouses, and single-family homes throughout Maryland. The programs honor the dignity of the individuals they serve and are respectful of personal choices. Services are person-centered, strength-based, and recovery-oriented, and are provided at a frequency and intensity that meets each resident's individual needs. The programs, which are nationally accredited and designed to facilitate independence and community engagement, use leading-edge and evidence-based practices that consider each person's strength, needs, desires, health, and safety.
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma/GED equivalent and at least 1 year of direct job related experience.
- Must be proficient in the use of personal computers with Windows, Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, calculator, and other automated office equipment.
- Must possess a valid, current state issued driver’s license and a have a driving record with 3 or fewer points on it at the time of hire. You may be required to utilize your own personal vehicle to transport a client for direct job related duties on occasion.
