About the Program:
Segue is a creative and one of a kind program in Carroll County Maryland that offers short term transitional housing to individuals that are transitioning back to the community from one of Maryland's state psychiatric hospitals. The services and supports provided are person-centered, strength-based, and recovery-oriented. This nationally accredited program helps individuals re-establish themselves as productive, contributing members of society.
Position Requirements: Education and Experience:
Possession of a high school diploma.
Two years positively referenced, preferably relevant, work experience.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Possession or use of a four passenger car to be used to transport Way Station individual and a copy of a valid certificate of automobile insurance.
Duties:
Promote effective relationships among individuals, families and service providers.
Instruct, schedule, and share household tasks with residents, e.g. household budgeting, shopping, indoor and outdoor chores, cooking and other daily living activities.
Document shift contact note on individuals being served.
Implement RCS treatment plans for and with assigned individuals.
Assist assigned individuals in monitoring medications.
Promote and insure the health safety and security, organization, and home like atmosphere of the crisis house.
Provide transportation for individuals.
Participate in committees and program planning as assigned.
Implement crisis intervention actions as appropriate.
Perform other duties as assigned.

- M-F 10am-6pm
- Tues-Sat 2pm-10pm
- Sun-Thurs 2pm-10pm
- Tues./Wed./Fri. 7am-3pm, Thurs. 7am-3:30p,m Sat. 7am-2:30pm
- Sun 7am-2:30pm, Mon./Tues./Wed. 7am-3pm, Thus. 7am-3:30pm
- Tues./Wed./Fri./Sat 2pm-10pm, Thurs. Noon-8pm
- Tues./Wed./Fri. 7am-3pm, Thurs. 7am-3:30pm, Sat. 7am-2:30pm
Part_Time:
- Saturday and Sunday 7am-5pm
- Saturday and Sunday 10pm-8am
- Saturday and Sunday 1pm-11pm
- Thursday- Saturday 10pm-8am
- Sunday- Wednesday 10pm-8am
